Babies from birth to 18 months (with caring adult) enjoy songs, action rhymes and playtime while building early literacy skills. A great way to get to know other families in your community!
Build early literacy skills including letter name and sound recognition, sight word practice, blending sounds to read CVC words and more! Activities include fun hands-on interactive games!
Music & Movement
Sing, chant, play instruments and dance while exploring sounds, rhythms and patterns that make up our language.
Remember the fun of the school dance or senior prom? Join us for an afternoon of dancing, music, and nostalgia at the Senior Spring Formal for adults. Attendees are encouraged to dress their best.
Get Fit Where You Sit with the Lakshmi Voelker method. A gentle form of sitting and standing Kripalu Yoga using support of a chair to stretch and strengthen the entire body. A full practice of asana, breathing, and meditation.
