Event Details

Resilience is an innate capacity to rebound from adversity and change through a process of positive adaptation. Join mental/behavioral health experts Catherine Gray, LCSW-C and Stephanie Trice, LCSW-C to learn about strategies and techniques that teens can use to develop the strengths, skills, and resources that interrupt and prevent downward spirals, and enable and promote upward spirals. This program is best for teens ages 13 to 17.
